I don't think anyone will disagree with your/NAR's contention that demand is out there. The contention has always seemed to be whether buyers were 1) able to buy, 2) able to keep their homes.

Tradelite, the self-appointed real estate monkey, has made it explicitly clear on many occasions that real estate prices never decline.

Your comment that "Prices needed and may still need to come down." directly contradicts Tradelite's Law that real estate prices never decline.

I demand you either retract your statement, or denounce Tradelite as the big-mouthed know-nothing he has always been.
