Given the large surge in foreclosures and delinquencies in general since last year, this FNM chart showing "improvement" is counterintuitive, unless they have been aggressively selling their problems. Of course since they don't have to report anything, we will likely never know.

That is a pretty big drop given where foreclosures are headed. Have they offloaded a higher proportion of high risk loans as they attempt to retrench?
