The reading of the allegations against the former lawyer more likely raise questions about the lawyer's activities and that this an attempt to deflect, given the unflattering picture of Petar in the newspaper and his admitted screw-ups as former CEO.

We need to look at the detailed reasons for the tribunal's decision which I understand makes things clearer about Cameila and Petar.

Regarding Cameila and the tribunal decision. It's 29 pages long and the Law Society of Upper Canada will fax it to you on request.

Or you can phone the hearings co-ordinator at 416-947-5289.

I don't want to read 29 pages of it.

I'll take it on good authority from one who has a copy that it goes into significant detail on Petar's involvement.

There is no absolute proof that he forged the cheque, but he did deposit it.

It sounds like she might have a good case if she wanted to take it to a civil court fight.
