LOL, Wolfy was promoted to head of the World Bank! While some in the administration may have acknowledged mistakes, belatedly and begrudgingly. No one has taken responsibility for the errors or apologized for them. Whether it was WMD that never were, or 9 billion lost in Iraq or 14 trillion unaccounted for in the Pentagon announced on 9-10-01. There were "mistakes" but nobody is responsible for the mistakes.

Even my 6 yo niece knows that mistakes were made. She knew it before Bush said a word.

There's one thing that this administration has never had to face up to...and that is accountability.

Lets hope that come next January that we begin to see some folks take responsibility for such irreponsible behavior.
