Yes, but an interesting development. Especially with Cheney's visit, you know the wheels are turning, and regardless of the Bush stay the course rhetoric, there are some pretty radical negotiations going on. And it looks like the US will be on the Sunni side if/when the sectarian war breaks out in the ME.

I'm sure that won't be lost on the Shiites in Iraq...

So many moving parts, as I've said for years. Impossible to predict what will happen, IMHO.
