Supposed to be a good brain growing exercise to learn to do things with your opposite hand. I'll have to try it with throwing (somewhere where no one is watching).

I like DMA's suggestion and would add.......try doing things with your left hand, and keep trying. You'll be amazed at what you end up doing.

Start by moving your computer mouse and using your left hand instead of your right. ........then proceed from there. Eating, writing, shaving (save this for much later if you use a straight edge) using tools etc....
