Dogs do Rule!! :) We have Golden Retrievers. Maggie and Mopsy :) They talk with their eyes and eyebrows and the way they growl in their throats and we spell around them because they understand us. Maggie was obedience trained years ago and then about three years ago decided what nonsense that obedience stuff is. She did her stint and decided it is WE who should toe the line.... of course, we allow it except for really necessary obedience. <wink> She's older than we are in dog years ;) Mopsy learned from Maggie and she is so fickle. She's my choice of the one Maggie litter as Joe chose Maggie years ago. Her rule is Love the Food Controller of the moment ;) A very gentle soul and willing to love the enemy. She loves everything but the large blue exercise ball and that she consigns to Avoidance Hell! It is the one thing in the house she absolutely Does Not Like. We have placed it in the bedroom downstairs and have 'ball' training once in awhile. She's doing better. I can now get her to eat Liverbits off the top of the ball. :) For happiness sake I still leave it in that room. After all, Mopsy has never left anything around that I don't like. It's only Fair Play. Maggie throws up rope of hair and sticks now that she's older. So we have introduced Benefiber into her diet and most of time it helps her digestion very well. In fact, now we can even find the 'yard pick up' items much faster as we can see them ;) It works well... we don't step into as much as we used to do ;) I shall also invent a shoe spray that immediately cleans the bottom of the tennis shoes :) I'm going to be famous with all my inventions. We love these furry people of ours!
