A real spending cut? It's about even money that mankind will develop wings and fly around before that happens.

I'm sure you remember the hand wringing and crying by the left over attempts to cut the rate of increase in the past. This crowd will be no better.

Congress spends more annually and the sun comes up in the east....count on it.
