The question was are carriers re-visiting prior NGN decisions and I took the answer to be absolutely.

IMO, it will be CSFB's updated research tomorrow that carries the day. For the shortest of short term trades I would exit if it is weak(the report).

A poster on Yahoo re-listened to the call and heard it this way:

in a # of places we have had the oppty
to "re-visit" and are actually engaged in
replacing a ng infrastructure where a selection
had been made but hadn't "panned" out
