Thursday November 30, 5:00 am ET

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wataire International Inc. ("Wataire" or the "Company") (OTCBB:WTAR - News) announced today that it has retained Cucoloris, a Los Angeles-based multimedia and marketing company to handle all areas of branding, marketing, advertising, media and public relations for the upcoming 2007 North American launch of its consumer product line of atmospheric water generators.

Cucoloris was established in 1990 and specializes in launching and handling large corporate brands for global marketing campaigns. They launched 'Saturn' as well as the enormously successful 'Drivers Wanted' campaign for Volkswagen. Other similar very large campaigns produced by Cucoloris include amongst others, 'American Airlines,' 'Visa,' 'Sprint,' 'Zurich,' 'Kodak,' 'Chase' and 'Citibank.'

Cucoloris has a long history of continuing work with many non-profit organizations and foundations. They produced the film 'Earth to LA' with Robert Kennedy Jr. and one of the most successful internet-based campaigns ever, starring Cameron Diaz and directed by Peter Horton for the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). They have also produced Public Service campaigns such as Mark McGuire's 'Foundation for Children,' 'Farm Aid' and the launch of 'Energy Star' for the Environmental Protection Agency.

Cucoloris also works on global 'social messaging' events alongside world leaders and celebrities. One such event 'The 2005 Circumpolar Conference-Arctic Warning' attended by Jake Gyllenhaal and Salma Hayek featured 500 Inuit laying on the arctic ice for an Aerial Art photograph by John Quigley that was reproduced in 128 publications across the globe resulting in global warming officially becoming a human rights issue.

Cucoloris has also won hundreds of awards for excellence from all areas of the marketing, advertising and film industries as well as having work chosen for the permanent collection at Museum of Modern Art in New York.

Cucoloris' co-founder, Linda Stewart, stated, "Wataire's technology to produce water from air promises to be the most significant solution to the world's water crisis."

The term of the engagement is for one year and the Company will pay Cucoloris $1,000,000 and 1,000,000 common shares ("Shares") for the services.
