Scotland suffers more from H2O emissions then any other country. There outbreaks of depression due to excess moisture in the atmosphere.

I think the UN and EEC should provide loans and financial compensation from the more affluent countries to counter this terrible effect from so much rain.

If your theory was correct, the folks living on the West Coast, within the fog belt, would be sick all summer long. They aren't.

But, if you are worried about it, try moving to the Sahara. It won't be a problem.
