Ah - great cut and past per usual. Do you have any evidence that Dennis committed anything relevant to your post? If so, perhaps you should post it here and it can be forwarded to his lawyer. As I've posted 3 times, even assuming arguendo, that it's the case, SLJB likely would have a reimbursement claim per their contract documents and, more so, assuming, as you have assssumed, fraud.
