Chicago PMI says contraction, dollar down, gold up- wasted day for those short homies. If economy follows Chicago PMI, how do the homies rate a buy or hold here?

OK, all the BofA upgrades are based on two claims:

1. improving affordability because prices are down.

2. a real estate agents survey just conducted showing improved traffic.

Raising target prices using 12X and over multiples, with normalized "E".
