But the other socket is a 1207. Hmmm ... does this help or hurt? Again, it's looking like cheap and dirty 2P servers might be a target market, but I still don't see it. It seems like total cost of ownership (power) would hurt the value proposition.

That too. I haven't mentioned it because there isn't a suitable coprocessor yet, but 4x4 will be kept around as a platform for that even if they never sell more than a couple of dozen.
