I am really worried about how widespread this is. Given the number that we know about at the moment, "widespread" is an understatement.

On an unrelated note, Nvidia just announced $200M of losses due to option trickery.

I have a vague recollection that nVidia ran into some issues that brought them into the eyes of regulatory bodies.
