Geez, I was about to comment on the best real estate news article I've seen lately, posted by Les with link to the actual story, when I encountered your post. You need to calm down, maybe?

I was going to tell Les he should print out the story, instead of just providing the link, because it covers many salient facts about selling real estate today and gives some insight as to mistakes some people make when the market is hot and later live to regret their purchases. For example, the key person in the story said he doesn't need to sell, and it's pretty clear he probably didn't need to buy in the first place. He's simply on a lark, and his decision to sell might be in the same category.

Meanwhile, as for your post.......

I don't give a rat's patoot what you think about REALTORS (REALTOR being capitalized per copyright, to distinguish this membership group from those who simply hold state-issued real estate licenses as salespersons or brokers).

REALTORS will survive without your approval. It doesn't matter what *I* think about anyone in that business, either, but those who are in the business do care about maintaining their licenses, and that was the subject of my post, which seemed to set you off in some sort of flaming rage.
