Not insurgency... civil war. You're beloved Chimperor blames it all on Al Qaida (AKA Boogey Man). I say it's Iraqi Nationals that want their occupiers OUT. The occupiers are there for a reason... To protect US assets (i.e. Iraqi Oil), which they plundered illegally. They certainly are not there to protect the Sunnis, nor are they there as part of the fabled "War on Terror".
