Not yet.

That project has grown in scope along with the planned size increase of the lake. Now we figure we can get real close to 1 KwH out of it 24/7/365. The inflows during rainy seasons are so great we're going to have to keep the outflow pretty high just to give us enough freeboard to keep the water safely below the top of the dam while hopefully not wasting too much out of the spillways.

I still need one more piece of equipment to speed up the project. I'm looking for a Cat 953 or 963 track loader. Hard to find, as it's a very popular machine. Was considering going for the much larger 973 as they can be had for about the same price (because they're so difficult to transport and I won't need to transport it) but am told that any 973 on the market has likely been worked to death and will need lots of very expensive TLC.

There is so much earth/muck to be moved and smoothed that using my backhoe, excavator, and dump truck would be like digging out the foundation of a house with a shovel. Although a second dump truck with driver would certainly help and be a lot cheaper. Wouldn't be fast, though.
