GREAT charts CR.

I read the comments and somebody used the old adage "full employment" to indicate why prices will stabilize and we will have a soft landing.

I am bearish on RE, but not as bearish as this thread, and a bull on stocks right now.

We DON'T have full employment. We had full employment in the 90s, not now. I am hoping Steven Roach or somebody writes about this misnomer of full employment.
