I did see that elsewhere on SI tho I only skimmed it. None of it surprises me. One of things Kudlow is ranting about today is the notion that we should completely do away with Sarbanes-Oxley. According to him it's an unnecessary burden. Or something to that effect. I have since tuned out. btw, if you hadn't noticed.. WTSLA has been hitting new highs... Subject 56549
