So the entire matter took place in Ontario. The Toronto police-OPP investigated I presume. Do you recall which Division handled the fraud investigation? Is G & G Fabricating still in business?

Nash, first of all - Ive been there on the desperation front and put my home and family in jeopardy. I got very lucky and got out of the situation. It was all stock related and it wasn't a scam. That was in July 2000. Life has been very good for me the past few years but I will never forget the stress of that money situation Secondly I beleive everything you are saying. I have no reason not to beleive you. I have been on SI ten years and between this and IHUB certainly on of the most prolific posters and Hopefully considered one of the most honest. What I find hard to believe is why you ended up footing the bill when the bank cleared it. That sucks - BTW I do not hate lawyers as some do - I hate BANKERS with a passion and I hate insurance people next. lawyers I have never had an issue with - Then again my dear wife hasnt left me YET either. ( thats a Joke - I am a bit of a clown) I will be Private messanging you also but I do not think you can responond. that is OK as it is not intended for a response
