Reality is that they won't have it until the new satellite is launched. They have to have hierarchical modulation to do it (otherwise, where are they getting the bandwidth?) and they aren't going to be able to deliver on a full rollout of it until they get the other satellite up. Which is the same thing I've been saying on the other thread for a while now and that PCSTEL has been wrong about all along. Not that he would ever admit it. These guys are such liars and the shareholders are so freaking uniformed, ignorant or gullible it just makes it easy for them.
