Not sure what your post to which I am responding says other than you have doubts about Camella's story and her ability to make a claim against Petar.

I agree that there is doubt with respect to the claims of Camella. As previously stated, I don't think she has made a case, so far, that would fly for civil claims for relief.

So, relevance to SLJB, nil.

If everyone who has been threatened with a civil action were to be deemed a "scammer," then 1/2 the country would have a family member that would be a target of that type of claim.
