You seem to be "altering" the facts or lack of facts.

The check was payable to her (as trustee). She made the choice to have Petar deposit it in HER account (as trustee). Read her posts about certification. She seems to say that the certification was real but that somehow the Canadian rules overruled it somehow and that the check became one that is normally cleared. It's confusing. I may be wrong, but that's all we have.

That's your points 1 and 2. 3 seems to be part of a different case, but, yes, as you say, it's unclear. 4 should be verifiable. Either the equipment left Petar's ownership or it didn't. The answer should be clear.

You, OTOH, have him tried and convicted. Unreal is right. At least Anthony got a fair trial and you complained.
