You seem to have forgotten that Iran was attacked by a neighboring dictator and lost a million men in that war. Anybody who lead Iran would be criminally insane if they didn't try to build up their defences against a possible Sunni dominated Iraq. One way is political; strengthen Shia domination of Iraq so the Sunnis don't get back into power. The other way would be to make an atom bomb but they don't have to do that if the political way works. Like all Zionist sympathizers you equate anti-Zionism with anti-Semitism. There is a difference.
