Thinks the population that constitute the country. homogeneous vs heterogenous population. That's the way to look at it. Balkans serves as an analogy. Chile is a very homogenous country with a mere 500 year history. Those guys have 4.000 year history to deal with. Moslems come in a couple of flavors: Shiites and Sunites. Result of a schism they had and they don't go along... Iraq is a result of map drawing by the perfiduos Albion, put together people who can't live together, on purpose, to make a mess out of it and have a ungovernable place. Like Nigeria, for instance.
