That's where you are wrong indeed: Just like NY Times, not everything Newsmax reports is newly invented for the purpose of supporting a certain editorial line. Sometimes both of them report facts. Best way to find out is to check multiple sources for collateral if the news is interesting enough to justify that.

Last I checked......Newsmax was strong on editorializing and week on facts while the NY Times is the inverse.
