A reminder to all our shareholders that the three sets of warrants currently overhanging the market will expire on Dec. 22, 2006. They are: six million three hundred sixteen thousand three hundred thirty-nine warrants exercisable at 90 U.S. cents per share, for total proceeds of $5.7-million (U.S.); five million nine hundred fifty-six thousand warrants exercisable at $1.15 (Canadian) per share for total proceeds of $6.8-million (Canadian); and five hundred forty-two thousand two-hundred fifty warrants exercisable at 85 Canadian cents per share for total proceeds of $500,000 (Canadian). Today all out of the money.
