is it even legal for Muslims to swear on the koran? I mean is it against Muslim Laws?? and doesn't the koran teach Muslims it's ok to lie to non muslims ?

If Atheist members of Congress have been sworn in on the Christian bible, it should be required of Muslims as well. How's this compromise?--the new office holder could place his hand on the Bible while his wife or other family member holds the Koran. They should first act as Americans and second as members of a particular religion.
