I have a call in to Consultech and have pulled paid info on them. I do not think this is a bad thing that is happening.

The CEO could have just let the stock die. He has chosen to hire someone and rebuild the price to fair value and merge with another company that is already joint ventured with LFWK on several projects. Obviously this effort is to regain a better stock situation.

The lofts are verifiable and the company seems to be in good health. With more financing, larger projects can be done with larger margins of profit.

We will see how they are doing this week from the PR. If they have any profit, this will move up. It will also be interesting to see the assets and liabilities.

They had 117k of profit with just over 20 million shares issued in June 2005. That was a little over 0.0058 EPS at the time. Many things have happened after June 2005.

I anxiously await the financials.

If there is a massive naked short here, we can find that out. I will call Petar and Dennis and explain how to use a Freedom of Information Act request to get the information they need.

I already have one in progress on another stock I own.

Howard, that is silly.

A healthy stock is a great way to get financing for large projects. That is what a public company startup is all about. Dilution for value added merger is good for the health of a company. Holding companies do it all the time. Do you think Consultech wants merger shares to watch the price evaporate. Just plain silly. Then Consultech gains nothing from the merger except a black mark on their credit rating.

I believe this move will be beneficial to shareholders. The problem is that you have to take the risk now to get the gains. The picture will be clear soon. Financials go a long way.

How fast you guys think this merger is going to happen. I have been doing some DD on Consultech. I can purchase a Thomson Gale acquisition report if this will take long. D&B can also complete their full report, if I pay the fee.

Any guesses on timelines here.

There is way more here than a company with a stock of 0.003. Financials will be out and I don't think anybody has looked up these board members like Malone and Loveman.

Has anyone ever really looked at this company as a long term hold?

The more detailed my research goes, the more I believe that this will be great in a year or two.

We will see how this ends up in time.

Just a nugget of knowledge, IMO

I don't know...good find though. I'm sure they have been accumulating shares, but I'm just glad they weren't paid in shares. That release my bring in more buyers. Petar Wolfe said they weren't going to do any more paid promotions. IMO, that's a good thing because the paid promoters alway dilute. Petar said that all future promo would be on a cash basis...good.

Bmaz,

There are hardly any traders in this stock. With just 3 people, I know of over 30 million shares that went to new hands. Stronger, smarter hands also.

If there is another 'fire sale', I will attend. I had a ball with the last fire sale and this next one will give me even more bang for my buck.

Petar is pretty smart. My couple of conversations with him were fun. All I have to do is sit back and wait a little while. How easy is that!! With my other pick, PBLS, I had to work my arse off spoon feeding information to the company.

I don't want to miss the fireworks that will shortly be displayed.

I just wanted to tell everyone that the finanacials seem way low for the projects currently being worked and lofts sold. I do not know when the sales occurred, but I figure that must be the reason for the word 'interim'. Just looking at two specific projects leads me to this conclusion.

The Ambrose lofts on 4th street in Nashville.

marksvillage.com

and the lofts at Rivertown.

theloftsatrivertown.com

citylivingdetroit.com

This is my best guess of the reaction from Consultech in KingsRansom's post. There is clearly much more here than what the financials are currently saying before 12/2005. I am just not sure that the sales occurred in 2005. One project definitely just went up for sale.

I will ask my questions to Dennis and Petar. An answer is definitely due on this one!

Staying long because Dennis and Petar will succeed ina big way,

Please read: I am informing the board that I am now an insider to LFWK and will not be able to post on the message boards any longer.

Good luck,
