Frankly, in the chaotic Iraq of your Dumbyass, anything is possible. But looking at the fact that a civil war is raging where Muslims are killing fellow-Muslims, one can say that the influence of AQ in Iraq is minimal at best.

There are no significant AQ in Iraq. That is the fact you keep avoiding. For Bush to blame the sectarian violence in Iraq on AQ makes no sense and you know it.
