Yes, exactly, and that was the point I have been making.

1) The sale of the property will reduce the debt.

2) Ammerman may have to come up w/ money per the merger contract. Of course, finding money in his name may prove difficult.

The point is that 1.5 million judgment does not mean that SLJB has to come up with anything close to that. Again, no excuse for the company not detailing this, but, facts are facts, and opinions are not.
