Thanks to a tip from plantlife, there is a Max-Pain type of site with historical open interests for almost any stock you could choose. It's not pretty, but you can find the open interest for almost any option on any date.

For instance:
AMD, 07 Jan Puts, on Feb. 03, 2006
iqauto.com
It also give the Max Pain point for that date and chain.
