I was told if I didn't call Albert by his user name I would be banned. Is there a different standard for me or the same one for everyone?

How about this: "Sorry for the mistake, and the insult"

Was that closer to an apology or an insult?. I was suspended for 2 weeks for that.

I'm just looking for a consistent policy. That's all.
