On the other hand, there is really nothing that details who owes what. That's the only fact for most of these pink pennies; and that is that there are no facts, just opinions and, as the expression goes, we all have them. That's the way this market is set up. I wish it were different and hope that the new pinksheets.com setup, as well as anticipated changes in Congress and the SEC, will eventually lead to more information from companies, from MM's, from hedge funds and institutions, all to give us retail investors a better shot at an honest market no matter whether it is on an exchange or not. I'm not trying to defend the company with my previous post to you and this company's management clearly has enough red flags to keep a legitimate critique in business. However, I do continue to find fault with those who want to make up more than there is on the negative at bottoms, just as I ignored and wish there were less of the "to the moon" "everything is rosey" type of one-liners at the top. To me, both type of "opinions" are pretty much worthless. Most of us who have done this type of thing over the years assume that pink penny stocks are a scam and that the price reflects that. We then try to research as much as we can, try to get information, etc. We adjust our investment, according to our risk, and are willing to take a risk that perhaps something is not a scam. There was a lot of this built into SLJB as it promised a lot, including a tight float, o/s relatively stable, and transparency w/ AF's and, eventually, a move to OTC BB. That IMO is why the stock price moved up. The failure to come through as promised, brings the stock price back to where it is price with the 95% of other pink pennies, which ALL can be bashed, pretty much with the same generic bash. The share price retains some strength IMO, at this point, because the a/s has not been increased, the o/s is not in the billions like so many of the pink penny scams, and the float seems to be relatively stable. All my opinion only and I do welcome the truth and real facts with substantive details to support those facts. Then the stock price will reflect those facts and posts, for better or worse.
