That's not blaming anyone for the policy. The policy was what the policy was. You're mis-interpreting an attempt at clarification as blame.

Why won't you look up the policy/legislation?

You seem to be fixated on blame and fault.

Works for you guys...

A light bulb just went on! You don't believe that you have to know what the policy is to know whether it's good or not. All you have to know is who's policy it is and it's inconceivable to you that a policy could be bi-partisan. No wonder you don't bother to look it up. Actually knowing what the policy was has no value to you.

I know how to bring this to closure. I need to tell you what I think of the plan/legislation during the last Administration. It was much, much better than the current plan we have. And I'm willing to accept your claim, without argument that it was a Dem plan and the GOP had absolutely nothing to do with it in any way, shape or form.
