Beats me, I question the credibility of that link. If your doubts about it's credibility were erased, would that change your opinion about whether Saddam's regime was involved with Al Qai'da? I happen to know they are authentic since I've confirmed this with a person who handled the documents. This person confirmed that when CNS published them an investigation was launched as to how they were leaked (despite their being technically unclassifed).
