I don't think that he's clueless. He does however know his position in the ring. It's not leader. He pretty much takes his marching orders from the cabal. He has to watch what he says so he doesn't spill the beans. Add that to the fact that he already has trouble telling a p from a q and you have verbal gymnastics that have never before been seen in the WH. Did you see that Rumsfeld wrote a CYA memo the day before he got the axe? He says Cut and Run might be the solution now too. Baker and the bi-partisan ISG say cut and run. All we have left are the brain dead enders supporting the war for no reason and no purpose except to enrich the cabal.
