Well as the leader you need to do whats best for the team even if that means firing yourself. Reminds me of when I was hired by a local company here to be their national director of food sales. After 3 months there I greatly paired down our sales force that wasn't doing anything, aligned the remaining part to handle the Dairy Queen sales that were guaranteed orders and then fired myself. Made the division run on automatic and about tripled profits. That is your job when your the head cheese, do whats best for the company.
