Funny. That is the way I see things. I have ben expatriating dollars, primarily to Canadian oil and gas. I see a dollar decline, and a continued rise in the world price of hydrocarbons, due both to the declining dollar and supply of hydrocarbons. Warren Buffett and Bill Gross have been expatriating dollars.

All the foreigners - China, Saudi, etc, are buying dollars while I am selling. One of us is wrong.
