Earth to Brinkley: it's unfinished because we stopped it before it destroyed the country. How someone can tout Jimmy Carter as fantastic and then put George W. Bush at the bottom of the historical heap? It can only mean you are a thoroughgoing Democratic partisan. Which is exactly why the Washington Post is touting him. corner.nationalreview.com
