Stern's absence from SIRI's publicity is maybe the most bewildering thing about the year so far.

Only a short while ago, Karmazin said they had the most prominent advertising voice in existence and they fully intended to use him in Q4. Yet, he has been totally MIA.

Then, last week, Sirius comes out with this "We're more than just Howard Stern" remark. Strange, totally backing away from the $610 Million Man.

And now, they cut guidance by 400K, with Stern still nowhere in sight?

I guess they'll explain it to analysts after year end, but it looks awfully strange.
