It is every bit a reasonable to point to AMD as the villain in the Flash price wars. You laugh because it is inconceivable to you that anyone but Intel could be a predator.

this is nonsense. any large and/or monopolist can be a predator. msft is a predator company. or at least used to be while what they're doing was relevant in new development. a company which is 1/5 the size of its large competitor can't be a predator by definition. it may undercut prices, sell at cost but if it has to survive with most of the time its only product, cannot sell undercost. intel on the other hand can and all the indications are that it has done so.

I don't have those same mental restrictions.

not the same ones of course. you have quite different mental restrictions which think intel can do no wrong and its shit doesn't stink. your only defense is that it hasn't been found guilty of a crime. but of course everybody knows that's a very high bar on purpose. that's why we have two systems in the us, civil and criminal courts. intel is the oj of fortune 500. but of course you're waiting to be "convinced upon seeing convincing evidence" which will never happen unless you take your ears and eyes from that hole they're stuck into.
