That's the excuse you give their practice. It was clearly intended to harm Intel

We sit on two sides of fence and see things differently. So be it.

As to the second part of your reply I see you have already delivered your verdict. And my point of view is that DOJ will not succeed where Intel failed for over 30 years :)

Now AMD is under investigation for it's illegal anti-trust
activities.


Now that's stretching it a bit far....

I believe the subpeonas are for an "investigation" in the
industry and NOT targetted at AMD specifically. For
all we know the target could be NVidia (or Intel).
