You need one in University studying to be a Doctor. After they go through all your money, there will be no need for a lawyer and an accountant. A word of advice. Go thru the attic, the garage and the entire house, and put in a computer database all the bric a brac. Take a picture of every item, no matter how trivial, describe it and notate in the spreadsheet which kid gets which after you both do the final shuffle. It will save the final argument over your grave which occupies the most time of the survivors. That of which one gets the silverware and which one gets the antique vases. Forget the "sound mind" clause. After you have been married for 20 or so years, that is legitimately open to question.
