I agree with just about all you said "I'm a". Don't get me wrong. I believe that no public company should be allowed to trade without either Audited Financials or Unaudited Financials and complete capital structure disclosure signed by the CEO or CFO, under the pains and penalties of perjury as to truthfulness based on facts w/i their resonable control in such office. It doesn't take years of study. Doing this and preventing trading unless all changes in capital structure are detailed in advance of any insider dumping or shorting of shares would go a long way towards having fair markets for us retail investors.

However, the SEC has not done this. They allow lots of scamming, including Naked Short scamming by MM's and hedge funds, etc. I am working to change all this and hope that others will do the same.

Until that happens, the jeffs who come over and proclaim in their lectures that we should all "go away go away, leave, ye sinners as I know what is best for you," and who avoid working at the real problem which is that the markets are set up for the moneyed interests and with us retail investors as targets.

It's like coming into a casino and telling all the slot machine players that they are likely to lose all the money they brought. Instead, if the casino rules unfairly favor the house, work to change it. Don't attack the players even if they raise their hands after they win a jackpot and say, "See you can win here."
