It seems, that the prudent thing to do is to wait for it to show that it has some intentions of trying to move above the 4.25 level & close some of the Nov.29 downgap. (gap was 4.42 to 4.18 = 24 points )

Until then there seems to be no hurry & is OK to wait for it to test support at the $4 level.

If it manages to close some of the downgap, it is likely that it may retest the 4.30 to 4.25 level before trying to test some of the other overhead resistance. (That is the advise & warning that I just got from a friend in this thread that sent me a PM about it & I have decided to follow as closely as I can.<g>)

As I mentioned before, from the Fundie point of view, the question is wether Huawei will remain a key customer of H-3C. if it does, then the chances are good for it to close on the black in 2007 as previously expected.

It's probably better to wait for it to close its Nov.29 DG.<g>

But it seems that is planning on doing that soon (better check it Ken <g> ) & the 1stQ results were on the black for a change.
