I realize that. However we've merely been talking about marijuana here and the Mexican narco-gangsters in the article you posted are not in the marijuana biz I think.

I know many people think we'd be better off to legalize all drugs. I don't share that view. I think cocaine, heroin, meth use would be as common as tobacco (perhaps more widespread) and perhaps sold by the same companies and promoted by the same Madison Ave firms.
