QSC Is moving up today apparently in anticipation of the presentation by its CEO Jim Fares at the meeting in NY tomorrow.<g>

This is the 3rd day of the upmove that started from the $1.25 level & the stock is now trading above its Oct.24 H of $1.58 <g>

In spite of the poor revenue reports & persistent larger losses, the insiders bought some in Sep. <g>

QSC is expected to show a loss around $0.15/shr this Yr. vs. $0.10/shr on the black in 2005, but is expected to return to the black column in 2007.

It announced last month an IND for its QSC-001 which is a combination of hydrocodone bitartrate & acetominophen using Eurand's ODT tablet formulation, & last week it announced at the AES in San Diego the results of its H.P. Acthar Gel for "Infantile Spasms", for which it is seeking FDA approval, of course, the product has already been approved for use in MS & other conditions, so it can be used OL for IS.<g>

The insiders reportedly hold more than 10%, it has no significant LTD, the short position is around 3x its daily volume but came down 25% in last month.

With some good news QSC could get to test its Jul.H at 1.91 Its Apr. H at 2.64 seems a little far at present.

The stock seems to have good support at the 1.30 level & the R/R appears favorable.<g>
