As you know, it doesn't matter who the world supports. It matters who US voters support. Otherwise we can flip tme off, as you said.

The usual, economic sanctions. Combined with a clear explanation of the benefits of renewable energy.

But you have a valid point; that the world hasn't demonstrated a lot of unity on any issue, much less one that appears to limit economic growth for the third world countries (though it would certainly accelerate economic growth for both the west and China).

You have a very pessimistic view of the world; mine is much more optimistic. I think the facts will win out.

China depends on the rest of the world, especially US, to buy it's products. We could stop..
